The Building also included a one bedroomed office/staff sleepover plus communal areas and 2nd floor office. One of the apartments was designed and constructed as a disabled person’s apartment incorporating a wet room and lower level kitchen units and turning space to allow for wheel chair access. The Building has been constructed to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Code Level 3 specification and incorporates Robust Details and Secure by Design guidelines.
