Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service Sage Building

The Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service Sage Building project comprised the extension, alteration and refurbishment of an existing two storey office building. The works included remodelling the building to provide new training, administrative and kitchen/welfare facilities for fire service personnel.
The works involved the strip-out and demolition of existing finishes and structure, mechanical and electrical services.
We also installed new doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, doors, sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings, plus external works included creating a car park.
