Crompton Street, Manchester – the construction of 5 houses and 12 apartments for adults with learning difficulties
Elm Wood Primary School, Middleton – construction of a new kitchen and dining hall
Eccles New Road , Salford – 8 apartments (move on homes), 6 two bed houses to cater for the rough sleeping accommodation programme, together with external civil works, drainage, fencing and new footpath links.
