1st Place – Best Development for Social-Affordable Rent

Anthony Brosnan and Mike Mills recently attended the Northern Housing Awards on Tuesday 2nd May 2023 at The Point, Emirates Old Trafford where our Dob Brook Close housing development in Newton Heath was awarded the Best Development for Social-Affordable Rent.

This is a fantastic achievement for the whole team and we were very pleased to win this award, especially with some stiff competition!

The team included:

• Client: The Guinness Partnership
• Architect: Bowker Sadler Architecture
• Employers Agent: Poole Dick Associates Ltd
• Structural Engineer: D & D Consulting
